1. Purpose
This Policy sets out guidelines for the responsible, transparent and safe use of HABORA's AI features.
2. Objective
AI serves a supporting purpose, assisting with reading contracts, extracting clauses, assisted filling, document organization, summary generation, identification of inconsistencies, alerts, reports, dashboards and support for financial, legal, operational and ESG data.
3. How it works
Depending on the feature, AI may process uploaded documents, texts, metadata, records, financial data, ESG indicators and other information linked to permitted properties and modules.
4. Limitations
AI results may contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, incomplete interpretation, incorrect classification or extraction failures. The user must review dates, amounts, clauses, parties, documents, risks and conclusions before using any result.
5. No professional substitution
AI does not replace a lawyer, accountant, auditor, engineer, expert, financial manager, ESG specialist, broker, real estate consultant or any qualified professional.
6. User responsibility
The user is responsible for entering only authorized documents, reviewing results, confirming changes, validating reports, keeping data up to date and not using AI for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing acts.
7. External providers
HABORA may integrate AI providers, APIs and specialized models. Such use shall observe the privacy, security and DPA policies and the Customer's permissions.
8. Training and improvement
Customer Data shall not be used for model training in a manner incompatible with the law, contracts and HABORA's policies. Improvements may use aggregated or anonymized data or operational metrics where permitted.
9. Automated actions
AI must not carry out deletions, critical approvals, relevant financial changes or contractual changes without confirmation from the authorized user.
