This Editorial Policy describes how HABORA produces, reviews, publishes and maintains the content of its blog and informational materials. It reflects our commitment to accuracy, transparency and accountability to professionals and companies in the real estate market.

1. Editorial responsibility

The content of HABORA's blog and informational materials is under HABORA's editorial responsibility. Decisions on topics, publication, review and updating follow the criteria of this policy, with the aim of informing professionals and companies in the real estate market with technical and reliable content.

2. Editorial independence

The technical conclusions, legal interpretations and recommendations published by HABORA are defined independently. Clients, partners, sponsors or advertisers do not influence the merit, conclusions or recommendations of our content. Any commercial relationships never condition the information presented to the reader.

3. Authorship and review

Every article is signed by a real author, with a verifiable name, role and qualification — we do not use fictitious authors or invented biographies. Technical or legal content is reviewed by a qualified professional, identified where applicable. Publication and review are distinct, recorded steps.

4. Author biography

Each article identifies its author with information that supports the reader's trust. The author profile includes:

  • name;
  • role;
  • short biography;
  • professional experience;
  • areas of expertise;
  • photo, when available.

5. Use of reliable sources and official references

Factual, technical and legal statements are grounded in official and verifiable sources — legislation, case law, public bodies, technical standards and competent entities —, prioritizing primary sources. Whenever possible, articles present at the end the list of references used, with links to the original sources.

6. Legal and technical content

Articles addressing legal, regulatory or technical topics are informational in nature and do not constitute legal or professional advice. For decisions on specific cases, consult us or seek a qualified professional.

7. Responsible use of artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence is used exclusively as a tool to support research, organization and preliminary drafting. Review, validation and final responsibility by a human author are mandatory before publication. AI does not replace technical review or human editorial responsibility.

8. Content updates

Content subject to legislative, regulatory, case-law or technical changes may be reviewed periodically, so as to keep the information up to date. Each article displays the publication date and, when revised, the update date, so the reader knows how recent the information is.

9. Conflicts of interest and commercial transparency

HABORA is a technology company for real estate management. Whenever an article mentions HABORA's products or services or those of commercial partners, this will be clearly and transparently disclosed to the reader, without compromising the impartiality of the information. Predominantly promotional content is identified as such.

10. Editorial scope

HABORA's blog covers topics of the corporate real estate market and technology applied to the sector, including:

11. Commitment to information quality

HABORA is committed to producing technically grounded, up-to-date and reliable content. Our commitment is to the usefulness and accuracy of information — not to the volume of content — and we correct any inaccuracies whenever identified.

12. Content correction

Found an inaccuracy? We assess and respond to correction requests. Contact us through the contact page or at comercial@haborahub.com.br.

13. Copyright

The texts, images and materials published are owned by HABORA or used under license or authorization. Total or partial reproduction without authorization is prohibited. Third-party quotations are attributed to their original sources.

14. Data protection

The processing of personal data related to the content — for example, when contacting us — follows our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We do not collect sensitive personal data through editorial content.
