1. Purpose
This Policy governs the receipt and handling of reports, communications of irregularities, ethical violations, misuse, fraud, security and policy non-compliance.
2. Channel
Communications must be sent to juridico@haborahub.com.br, with identification or a request for confidential handling where applicable.
3. Scope
The channel may receive communications about fraud, corruption, harassment, data breach, improper access, conflict of interest, abusive use of the platform, policy violation and relevant incidents.
4. Good faith
Reports must be made in good faith. False, malicious or abusive information may lead to appropriate measures.
5. Confidentiality
HABORA will seek to treat reports with proportional confidentiality, limiting access to the people necessary for investigation.
6. Investigation
Reports may be analyzed, prioritized, documented and forwarded for technical, legal, administrative or contractual measures.
7. Retaliation
HABORA does not tolerate retaliation against people who make a communication in good faith.
Updates
This policy may be revised to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, commercial or operational changes. The current version will remain available in the HABORA Compliance area. Material changes may require new acceptance by users, where applicable.
