1. Purpose

This Code establishes ethical principles applicable to HABORA, its employees, officers, partners, suppliers and users, according to the applicable relationship.

2. Principles

HABORA values integrity, transparency, responsibility, respect for the law, data protection, security, confidentiality, professionalism and good faith.

3. Expected conduct

Everyone is expected to act honestly, respectfully, technically and diligently, without fraud, discrimination, harassment, corruption, undue conflict or abusive use of the platform.

4. Data and confidentiality

Information about customers, contracts, documents, financial data, ESG, logs, credentials and strategies must be treated with confidentiality and a legitimate purpose.

5. Conflicts of interest

Employees and partners must avoid situations in which personal, commercial or external interests may compromise decisions related to HABORA or customers.

6. Anti-corruption

It is prohibited to offer, promise, request or receive an undue advantage in relation to contracting, operation, support, sale, integration or use of the platform.

7. Use of AI

AI must be used responsibly, transparently and with review, without manipulation, fraud, violation of rights or undue replacement of professional judgment.

8. Violations

Violations may lead to internal measures, blocks, termination of the relationship, communication to authorities and legal measures.

Updates

This policy may be revised to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, commercial or operational changes. The current version will remain available in the HABORA Compliance area. Material changes may require new acceptance by users, where applicable.
