1. Purpose
This document records versions, dates, status and relevant changes of HABORA's policies and legal documents.
2. Initial version
On 07/01/2026, HABORA consolidated version 1.0 of the Compliance documents, including Terms of Use, Privacy, Cookies, AI, Security, DPA, Retention, Plans, Payments, Trials, Cancellation, Alerts, Acceptable Use, Access Control, Logs, APIs, Secure Development, Vulnerabilities, SLA, Continuity, Ethics, Channels, Intellectual Property, Information Classification, Document Management and Trust Center.
3. Control
Each document must indicate version, date, status, responsible party, estimated reading time and contact channel.
4. Future changes
Relevant changes must record the previous version, the new version, date, a summary of the change, the reason and whether new acceptance is required.
5. Acceptances
When a document requires acceptance, the system must record user, company, version, date, IP, user-agent, origin and status.

Updates
This policy may be revised to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, commercial or operational changes. The current version will remain available in the HABORA Compliance area. Material changes may require new acceptance by users, where applicable.
