1. Purpose
The HABORA Trust Center is the public institutional page designed to bring together information about security, privacy, compliance, availability, policies and official channels.
2. Content
The Trust Center should bring together the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookies, AI, Information Security, DPA, Retention, SLA, Continuity, Acceptable Use, Access Management, Logs, APIs, LGPD and Whistleblowing channels.
3. Security
The page should summarize controls such as segregation by company, access control, logs, backups, encryption where applicable, incident management and secure development.
4. Privacy
The page should indicate a commitment to the LGPD, the privacy channel, data subject rights and related documents.
5. Availability
The page may in the future present operational status, scheduled maintenance, relevant incidents and public history where applicable.
6. Enterprise customers
The Trust Center should facilitate audits, due diligence, contracting by large companies, legal analysis and investor evaluation.
