1. Purpose
This Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of HABORA.
2. Permitted use
The platform must be used for corporate real estate management, contracts, documents, alerts, finance, ESG, AI, reports, users, permissions, auditing and related lawful purposes.
3. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to carry out unlawful acts, violate rights, upload documents without authorization, falsify information, circumvent permissions, access another company's data, share credentials, exploit vulnerabilities, transmit malware, perform reverse engineering or use abusive automations.
4. Documents
The Customer must ensure it has the right, legal basis or authorization to upload and process third-party documents and personal data.
5. Security
Users must not attempt to test, scan, exploit or disclose vulnerabilities without HABORA's express authorization.
6. Consequences
Violations may result in blocking, suspension, logical deletion, log preservation, cancellation, communication to authorities and legal measures.
