1. Purpose
This Policy sets out rules for plans, subscriptions, licensing, usage limits and commercial access to HABORA.
2. SaaS model
HABORA is provided as software as a service, through a paid plan, trial, pilot, promotional code, courtesy, demonstration environment or specific commercial arrangement.
3. Plans
HABORA may offer Starter, Professional, Enterprise, custom, pilot, courtesy and sandbox plans, each with its own limits for properties, users, modules, storage, AI, integrations, reports, alerts and support.
4. Usage license
The plan grants a limited, temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use. The Customer does not acquire ownership of the platform, code, layout, brand, workflows or technology.
5. Limits
Exceeding limits may result in notification, blocking of new registrations, an upgrade suggestion, additional charges, restriction of features or a specific negotiation.
6. Invited users
Invited users access the contracting Company's Account without contracting their own plan, subject to the permissions and limits of the company's plan.
7. Enterprise plans
Enterprise customers may contract additional modules, integrations, dedicated support, assisted onboarding, a specific SLA, training, custom environments and higher limits.
