1. Purpose
This Policy governs free trials, pilots, promotional codes, founder codes, and access for investors, partners, internal courtesy and demonstration environments.
2. Types of access
HABORA may grant a standard trial, a qualified trial, an enterprise pilot, an investor code, a partner code, a founder code, sandbox, demo or courtesy access.
3. Nature
Promotional access is temporary, limited and revocable. It creates no vested right to permanent free use nor to the maintenance of features after the authorized period.
4. Configuration
Codes may define the released plan, term, expiration date, limit of properties, users, modules, AI, storage, support, integrations, card requirement, permitted domain and single use.
5. Revocation
Codes and trials may be revoked in case of fraud, misuse, expiration, policy violation, security risk, operational error or a justified commercial decision.
6. Conversion
At the end of the period, the Customer may convert to a paid plan. Without conversion, access may be restricted, suspended or terminated according to the applicable policies.
7. Traceability
Creation, use, expiration, cancellation and conversion of codes must generate logs with the responsible party, company, user, date, plan and limits.
